Regency Auto's Shop From Home Program allows you to experience a 100% online and contactless shopping experience - all from the comfort of your home! 

You can complete all of the required steps without having to step foot into our dealerships. This includes vehicle selection, inspection/appraisals, test drives, credit application/payments, business office purchases and vehicle deliveries. At home test drives and vehicle deliveries are available. 

STEP 1: BROWSE AND SELECT YOUR VEHICLE

Browse our selection of new and pre-owned vehicles on our website. You can build your own vehicle with your preferred features, trims and payment structure using our online showroom system. 

STEP 2: CONNECT WITH A PRODUCT ADVISOR

An experienced product advisor will be assigned to personally assist you throughout the entire process. You will be contacted shortly after you fill out an online form during our business hours. Outside of our business hours, our team is available to assist you via live chat, email and mobile text/calls. 

STEP 3: VEHICLE INFORMATION & PRESENTATION

Your personal product advisor will provide you with all of the necessary vehicle information (programs, packages, pricing and vehicle history/inspection reports if applicable). Your product advisor will present the vehicle to you through an online virtual experience, without you needing to step foot into our dealership. 

STEP 4 A: AT HOME TEST DRIVE

STEP 4 B: TRADE-IN APPRAISAL (if applicable)

At home test drives are available to guests. Simply request one with your personal product advisor, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Your desired vehicle will be dropped off to you at your doorstep and picked up from you at an agreed upon time. Since we are following strict safety measures, our product advisor will be unable to accompany you on the test drive. We will ensure all vehicles are thoroughly sanitized before and after each use. Product advisors will be equipped with PPE protection (gloves, face masks and sanitizing kits to use). 

Are you considering trading in your vehicle, or simply want to know how much it's worth? We offer complimentary vehicle appraisals.

While you are on your test drive, your personal product advisor will drive your vehicle back to our dealership to get it appraised.

Your vehicle will be returned to you after your test drive, along with a firm offer for it.

Offers are redeemable with or without the purchase of a new vehicle. 

STEP 5: LET'S MAKE A DEAL

Your personal product advisor will work with you to secure your credit approval and complete your deal online. 

STEP 6: VEHICLE DELIVERY

Congratulations, you're all set! Your new vehicle will be delivered to you at your home.
